If you do not get a job after studying computer science, then it is wise to look for new job opportunities instead of sitting defeated. This can be understood from the story of this Rapido rider. A Twitter user shared this story on his account. The name of this user is Neeraj.

First division degree, still did not get job

Neeraj told that during the ride he saw a college sticker on the helmet of his Rapido rider. The two started talking while waiting in traffic.

According to the post, Ryder graduated this year with a first division degree in computer science. After that, despite sending applications to different companies, he did not get the job.

Rapid rider job after exhausting savings

The Rapido Rider told Neeraj that when all his savings were gone and he could not get a job, he started working as a Rapido Rider. He has been riding every day since 6 am for 2 months.

Ryder also revealed that his parents thought he was still preparing for the interview at home. He did not tell them about Rapido Rider’s work because he could not think of a way to explain his situation.

Lack of jobs for new graduates

While talking to Neeraj he started saying that ‘this is the market situation right now’ and then continued driving as if everything was absolutely normal.

“I don’t know, but it seems like it’s happening to more people than we think. Maybe the job market is especially tough for new graduates right now,” Neeraj concluded the post.

One user said that it is unfortunate for the country that it is not able to retain the talent of such capable youth, hence people are leaving the country to work and settle down in foreign countries. According to another user, just having a degree does not guarantee a job, many things like ability, skill, enthusiasm to work, desire to learn etc. are also considered.

Someone also wrote that the poor guy will earn Rs 100, 200 every day. In response to this, another user said – My friend drives Rapido. Earns Rs 700 a day.
