Neet Re exam will be held tomorrow i.e. on 21st June. Its preparations are going on across the country. The government has imposed strict restrictions to prevent cheating in this exam and to avoid paper leaks. Meanwhile, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has canceled the holidays of MBBS and other medical students studying in all the medical colleges of the country on June 21 and 22.
Even in emergency, leave will be given after giving proper reason.
NMC has issued an advisory in this regard. It has been said that MBBS and other medical students should not be given holidays on June 20 and 21. However, if a student takes leave due to emergency, he can be given leave. But in this case also, students will be given leave only if there is a valid reason.

Advice to strictly follow the instructions in the advisory
According to the advisory, in some cases before the NEET exam, it has come to light that students of medical colleges were involved in suspicious activities related to the exam.
In such a situation, it is important for medical institutions and colleges to remain alert. According to NMC, the objective behind this instruction is to prevent any kind of irregularity and maintain the credibility of the examination process.
NMC has written in this advisory that these instructions are being issued in the context of the letter received from the Ministry of Education. This initiative is being taken to conduct the NEET re-exam properly. Under this, all medical colleges will have to strictly follow the instructions issued.
Exam was canceled after paper leak
NEET re-exam will be conducted on June 21. Earlier, NEET UG 2026 was organized on May 3, but after the paper leak came to light, NEET UG 2026 was canceled by the Central Government.
