Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has taken a big decision to make the state’s education system more disciplined. Through the social media platform ‘X’ (earlier Twitter), Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has issued strict instructions to the Education Department regarding the operation of coaching institutes.

Do not leave school and college and go to coaching.

According to the new rules, now no coaching institute in the state will be able to run its classes during the scheduled school and college timings. The aim of the government is to ensure that students do not leave their main school or college studies and go for coaching. Actually, due to the dispute between the people running two big coaching institutes in Patna (Khan sir and Roshan Anand), the government had to take a decision in this regard.

Why is this decision being taken for coaching?

After the results of Bihar Police Recruitment Examination came out on 27th May, many coaching centers of Bihar claimed the success of their students. Released by Khan Sir, Roshan Anand, Director, Khan Global Studies and Gyan Bindu Coaching launched the promotional campaign for a large number of students who have successfully passed the exam.

Both the coaching centers organized felicitation ceremonies for the successful candidates. Posters, hoardings and banners were put up in the city. During this time, it was alleged that some employees of Khan Global Studies put their promotional banner on the board of Gyan Bindu Coaching. This tension gradually increased. Due to which incidents of vandalism, stone pelting and firing were common.

What is dummy school:

These are schools where it is not necessary for students to attend regularly. For this, coaching institutes tie up with regular schools to reduce the school load on students. This way they get more time to focus on their entrance exam preparation. Admission in dummy schools is highest for JEE and NEET.
