News of paper leak went viral on June 6
Giving information on the board’s Twitter handle, officials said that the news being broadcast on WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Telegram is being continuously monitored.
Social media platform Telegram channel UPP Exam Paper had made the news of leak of UP Police Board Recruitment 2026 paper viral on 6 June 2026.
This channel is also accused of taking money from the candidates by misleading them before the examination. The board claims that this news is fake and appropriate action will be taken against those spreading it. On June 6, an FIR was registered against UPP Exam Paper Channel at Hussainganj Police Station in Lucknow.
Exams will be held till June 10
The board has advised the candidates to be cautious about the news related to the exam released on social media. UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2026 will be conducted on June 8, 9 and 10. These exams are going to be held in more than 1100 exam centers across the state.
The first shift will run from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift will run from 3 pm to 5 pm. According to the board, candidates should pay attention to exam preparation. They should keep an eye on the updates issued by the Recruitment Board.

Monitoring of exam center with CCTV cameras and drones
More than 28 lakh candidates will appear in the UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam. Special care is being taken to ensure that there is no copying or irregularities of any kind during the exam. For security, surveillance is being done through CCTV and drones.
Regarding this examination, the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath has given 50% discount in buses to the candidates traveling for the recruitment examination. More than 30,000 CCTV cameras have been installed across the state to monitor the examination.

NEET 2026 exam canceled
National Testing Agency (NTA) canceled NEET (UG) 2026 exam amid allegations of paper leak. This examination was held on 3 May. 22.79 lakh students had appeared for the examination. It will be held again from June 21, 2026.
NEET paper was leaked through ‘Question Bank’. There were more than 300 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. All these questions were written by hand and their handwriting was also the same.
The ‘Question Bank’ had more than 300 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Out of these, 150 questions appeared exactly in the NEET paper. A total of 180 questions have to be solved in the paper and each question carries 4 marks. That means questions of 600 marks out of 720 came directly from the ‘Question Bank’.

SI Recruitment-2021 has also been canceled due to re-exam paper leak.
The re-exam of SI Recruitment-2021, which was in discussion due to paper leak, will now be held in just 1 day. Earlier this exam was held in 3 days. The date of re-exam will be 20 September 2026.
