All 3 lakh 83 thousand 97 candidates will have to undergo KYC again in the ‘Sub-Inspector Recruitment Re-Exam 2021’ recruitment by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). This examination will be conducted on 20th September. At the same time, RPSC has released the data for the candidates who have forgotten ‘SSO ID’ for online application and are not able to make amendments in the application form or do KYC. This data contains candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, application number and their original SSO ID. Commission Secretary Ramniwas Mehta said – The necessary data of the candidates eligible for the examination has been uploaded on the official website of the Commission. Candidates can complete the current modification process by viewing their SSO ID from here. Apart from this, the Commission is also sending information about application number and SSO ID through SMS on the registered mobile numbers of the candidates. Apart from this, a candidate can update the registered mobile number or email ID free of cost. ​Free resolution for switched off or changed mobile number-email if the registered mobile number or email ID of a candidate is changed. If you are facing problem in OTP verification then you can get it updated free of cost. For this, candidates can lodge a complaint on the Grievance Portal of the Commission. Apart from this, you can send e-mail to feedback.rpsc@rajasthan.gov.in. You can submit the application in person at the Commission office. ​Once the details are modified, candidates will be able to transfer the old record to the new profile through the ‘Fetch Application Form’ option. Demo Videos and Help Documents Released To simplify the process, the Commission has also released help documents and demo videos in Hindi and English languages. Candidates can understand the process by looking at ‘Important Links – Apply Online Link’ available on the home page of the Commission’s website. ​KYC ‘mandatory’ even for candidates who do not want to make amendments The Commission said that candidates who do not want to make any amendments in their first application will also have to compulsorily open the form in ‘edit mode’. After this they will have to give live photo, signature and thumb impression. Only after this you will have to click on the ‘Final Submit’ button and enter OTP. In the absence of this final KYC the application process will be considered incomplete. The last date is 30th May. This process will run from 16th May to 30th May. In case the mandatory consent is not filed by May 30 or instructions are disobeyed, second chance will not be given. ​The Commission has appealed to all the candidates eligible for the examination to complete this process to appear in the examination. 3 lakh 83 thousand 97 candidates will be able to give the exam. Let us tell you that only those 3 lakh 83 thousand 97 candidates will be able to give this exam, who had appeared in both the question papers of the previously conducted written examination.
