Sources associated with SOG said that this paper had reached more than 1 thousand candidates. Bhaskar team reached the house of the accused in Jamvaramgarh, about 30 kilometers from Jaipur.
The accused brothers live in a farmhouse built in about 2 thousand square yards. The wife of one of the accused told that 4 children from their family have been selected in NEET.
After this he was allotted Government Medical College. Mangilal’s son also gave NEET-2026 exam this time after reading the leaked paper.

Mastermind’s farmhouse near police station
Rajasthan SOG had arrested Mangilal Binwal and Dinesh Binwal on May 9 on the information of NEET paper leak. His house is 1 kilometer away from the police station in Jamvaramgarh.
When the Bhaskar team reached home, they came to know that a farmhouse had been built in about 2 thousand yards. Luxury cars were parked in the house. One brother Dinesh is active in politics.
Photos of him with many politicians have been found on social media. In which there are photos of two ministers of the present government, former ministers and MLAs.
The farm house has every comfort. Local people said that both the brothers live a luxury life.
All the children in the family are preparing for NEET, wife said – selection of four
Children in the entire family of the paper leak accused are preparing for NEET. Accused Dinesh Binwal had posted a post on his social media on 6 November 2025 and claimed – It is a matter of great pride for my family.
5 of our children have been selected in Government Medical College. This means that 5 children in Mangilal’s family were selected in MBBS.

Wife told how many children passed away from home
Mangilal’s wife Sonu told that his brother-in-law Ghanshyam Khatik had passed away. His two daughters have already been selected in NEET-2024.
Whereas, Ghanshyam’s third daughter and Dinesh’s son were selected in NEET 2025 last year. According to the claim, he clearly refused to give information about who the fifth child is.
There is a suspicion that the 5th candidate may be a close relative of his. Mangilal’s wife Sonu told that the children were sent to Sikar for studies.

Mother said- there is a conspiracy against her sons
Mangilal’s mother Prabhu Devi told that both her sons have been implicated in a conspiracy by someone. People get irritated with our children. If we had leaked the paper, we would not have had such houses and would have been in so much trouble.
When she was asked who was troubling her sons, Prabhu Devi remained silent for some time. Later he replied that people are irritated with the family. People are jealous when our children study well.
SOG reached the son in Sikar and then caught the father
When SOG got information about the leak of NEET papers, a search operation was conducted in Jaipur, Jaipur Rural, Sikar, Jhunjhunu. During investigation, it was found that there was a NEET candidate who had distributed the paper to many people.
When interrogated, he told about his father Mangilal and uncle Dinesh. After this both the brothers were caught by SOG.
The Delhi CBI team reached Jaipur SOG office late on Tuesday evening to interrogate the arrested accused.
Paper was bought from Yash of Rajasthan, bank accounts will be investigated
According to the information, Dinesh has admitted to selling leaked papers to 10 children. Instead the money was taken in cash. Now SOG is trying to reach out to those who buy paper. Mangilal was also continuously interrogated regarding the paper. But no reply has been received yet.
At the same time, Dinesh has told that he had brought this paper (leaked paper) from Yash, a resident of Rajasthan living in Gurugram, for Rs 30 lakh. The investigating agency has started checking the mobile phones along with the bank accounts of both the brothers.
When the accused brothers were being taken for questioning, they concealed their faces and said that big people are being saved in the case.
SOG can file FIR, still 5 questions are left to ask
Informed sources said that SOG is interrogating Mangilal and Dinesh regarding the passing of NEET of 5 children in the family.
