1. Recruitment for 100 faculty posts in JNU, salary more than 2 lakhs
Jawaharlal Nehru University has invited applications for faculty posts. According to the notification issued by the university, recruitment will be done for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website www.jnu.ac.in.
Educational Qualification:
Professor:
- PhD degree in relevant subject.
- At least 10 research papers should be published.
- Total research score should be 120.
- At least 10 years of teaching or research experience in a university or college.
- Experience of guiding PhD students is also necessary.
Associate Professor:
- PhD and Master degree with at least 55% marks.
- 8 years teaching or research experience.
- At least 7 research papers should be published. Total research score must be 75.
Assistant Professor:
- Master Degree in relevant subject with 55% marks.
- Along with this, it is necessary to pass NET, SLET/SET exam or have PhD degree (exemption is also available in some cases).

- Professor: Rs.1,44,200/-2,18,200 per month
- Associate Professor: Rs 1,31,400/- Rs 2,17,100 per month

Indian Air Force has started the application process for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2026 from today i.e. 20 May 2026. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website afcat.cdac.in.
Educational Qualification:
Ground Duty Technical Branch:
Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) degree with 60% marks.
Flying Branch:
- 12th pass (Mathematics and Physics) with 50% marks or
- Three year graduation degree with 60% marks or
- BE, B.Tech degree with 60% marks
Age Limit:
Age will be calculated as on July 01, 2027.
Ground Duty Technical, Non-Technical Branch:
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 26 years
Fees:
- No fees will be charged from the candidates who are applying through NCC Special Entry and GATE examination.
