The names of two brilliant girl students, who themselves have been state toppers, have come to light in the interstate solver gang caught in the NEET exam. She herself is a promising student of medical and nursing colleges. Her family used to save money from their expenses and send her money every month so that she could bring glory to the family by getting a nursing degree.
Their parents are so angry with their names appearing in the Re-Neet exam that they do not even want to meet them in jail. Know how she became a part of the NEET solver gang due to financial constraints:
Poonam Kumari was the state topper of Jharkhand
Poonam has been the state topper of Jharkhand. Poonam definitely achieved success in JACK Inter Science exam, but despite appearing in NEET exam thrice, she could not succeed.
Due to repeated failure and financial pressure, she had to take admission in BSc Nursing course in BHU (Varanasi) in the year 2025. Every month father used to send Rs 7000 to Poonam.
Poonam’s father Baleshwar Rana told that he somehow used to send seven thousand rupees to his daughter every month, ignoring his own needs.
Poonam used to just say on phone that she is very busy in studies. Making this excuse, she had not come home for the last seven months. The father was not even aware of when and how she reached Lakhisarai from Varanasi.
Poonam’s father Baleshwar Prasad Rana said that he is very saddened by this act of his daughter. By doing this his daughter ruined the reputation of the family and village. They do not want to go till they meet the arrested daughter.
Chanchal passed NEET but did not get admission
Chanchal Kumari had succeeded in NEET UG in the year 2018, but could not get admission in medical college due to delay in enrollment. Later in 2021, took admission in BAMS course in Government Ayurvedic College, Odisha. She is currently a final year student.
Chanchal’s younger brother Satish Mehta, resident of Palamu, told that Chanchal had come home about 10 days ago, she got trapped in this matter due to someone’s deceit or greed. Both his brothers are Ayurveda doctors. He wanted to make his sister a doctor.
After Poonam and Chanchal Kumari came into the clutches of Solver Gang, the Economic Offenses Wing has also started investigation. However, both their families are surprised as to why their daughter did this.
The family members are not aware of how Solver got trapped in the gang. Both their mobiles were also switched off for several days.
