Board President Rahul Singh and Secretary Himanshu Gupta have been transferred due to the controversy over CBSE’s new On-Screen Marking (OSM) system. The Central Government has taken this step due to complaints of irregularities in the new marking system.

Along with this, the government has also constituted a committee to examine the procurement process of OSM service. Capacity Building Commission Chairman S Radha Chauhan will be the chairperson of this one-member committee. The investigation committee will find out whether there were any irregularities or irregularities in the process of purchasing and implementing this system.
