Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has increased 348 posts in Assistant Professor Recruitment-2025. Now this recruitment will be on 922 posts. Earlier it was to be held on 574 posts.

The Assistant Professor recruitment exam for different subjects was held between 7th to 20th December 2025. About 92,600 candidates were registered for this examination. However, the result has not been released yet.
Optional subject papers were held in Jaipur
Till now, the examinations for optional subjects of various recruitment examinations have been conducted by the Commission in Ajmer and Jaipur. In this recruitment also, papers of optional subjects were conducted only in Jaipur. Whereas the General Knowledge paper was conducted in 7 divisional headquarters – Ajmer, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur.
For General Knowledge paper, 42,348 candidates were registered in Jaipur, 13,440 in Udaipur, 8,555 in Ajmer, 5,696 in Bharatpur, 9,906 in Bikaner, 9,395 in Jodhpur and 3,260 in Kota. A total of 298 examination centers were created in Rajasthan for the examination.
