UPSC has released the result of NDA (I) and CDS (I) 2026 exam. The merit list of successful candidates in the written examination has been uploaded on the official website upsc.gov.in.
8,826 candidates successful in CDS
NDA NA 1 and CDS exam was held on April 12, 2026. This examination was conducted in two shifts. Negative marking also took place in both NDA and CDS. On the basis of CDS examination, 8,826 candidates were qualified for the next step of the recruitment process.
Roll numbers of merit list holders released
The merit list contains the roll numbers of the candidates who have passed the exam and will appear for the SSB interview. Final selection will be done on the basis of performance in written examination and SSB interview.
What will be the process after the result is released?
Candidates who qualify the written exam will have to go through the SSB interview process. This process will continue for 5 days. Candidates will have to register themselves on the SSB registration portal within 2 weeks of the release of the result. After this, information about interview date and center will be sent through email.
