NEET UG 2026 examination was held across the country on May 3. It is suspected that the exam paper was already leaked. Many students in Rajasthan have found handwritten guess papers whose questions are matching with the actual exam.
On May 10, Rajasthan Special Operation Group, or SOG, acting on intel input, detained 13 suspects from Dehradun, Sikar and Jhunjhunu. This also includes career counselors associated with a coaching institute in Sikar.
Common questions of 600 marks out of 720
Investigation has revealed that questions numbering 600 out of 720 of the exam had reached the students in Sikar two days in advance. Actually, a student doing MBBS from a college in Kerala had sent a guess paper to a friend in Sikar on May 1.
According to the report, a PG operator of Sikar got this paper, who gave it to the students living there. Through this it reached different people.

A total of 180 questions have to be solved in the paper and each question carries 4 marks.
Social media chats of all the suspects are being searched
SOG is currently investigating the matter. The agency is connecting every possible link to reach the mastermind. Social media chats and call logs of all the suspects are being scrutinized. Actually, it has reached people like a guess paper and SOG is currently investigating whether it should be considered a paper leak or not.
All questions are hand written
The ‘Question Bank’ that has reached the students has more than 300 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. All of them are written by hand and their handwriting is also the same. Out of these, 150 questions appeared exactly in the NEET UG 2026 paper.
According to experts, there is a possibility of some questions appearing exactly the same in the examination from a particular guess paper, but the possibility of such a large number of questions appearing is generally not there.
PG operator complains to NTA, on SOG radar
After the NEET exam, a PG operator from Sikar had complained to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the agency conducting the exam, that an alleged ‘question bank’ had been received by the students. This person is also now on the radar of SOG.
Investigation has confirmed that the PG operator had also received a ‘question bank’ on WhatsApp before the examination, which he sent to the students and career counselors living at his place.
