RPSC Grievance Portal Rajasthan Commission Officials Fast Resolution

The complaints registered on the Grievance Portal on the website of Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) reach directly to the concerned officer. Commission Secretary Ramniwas Mehta has appealed to all the candidates to send their complaints through Grievance Post instead of email or other means.

.

At present many candidates are sending their complaints on the Commission’s feedback email ID (feedback.rpsc@rajasthan.gov.in). Apart from this, complaints are also being sent by the candidates on the email IDs of different departments of the Commission.

Due to complaints being received on these different emails, it takes a lot of time for the Commission to understand and decide which complaint belongs to which department. This sorting of complaints results in considerable delay in resolution of original complaints.

Grievances received through any means other than the designated Grievance Portal, application form or email are not in the correct format, hence it takes a lot of time to resolve them. On the other hand, the Grievance Portal is completely structured, due to which the complaint lodged here directly reaches the concerned officer. Therefore, use only ‘Candidate Grievance Portal’ for timely and prompt resolution of your grievances.
