RPSC has released the analysis of the result of RAS- 2024 exam. In this recruitment conducted for 1096 posts, 2397 candidates had reached the interview.

The special thing was that among those who cleared pre-mains and reached the interview, the maximum number of 247 candidates were from Jaipur. Jodhpur has been at second place and Barmer at third place. More than half of the candidates interviewed were from rural areas. Out of 2397, 1343 candidates had reached the interview while working in government or private sectors.
Maximum candidates from Jaipur-Jodhpur
The number of candidates who were successful in the interview was 2397. Out of these, maximum 247 (10.30 percent) candidates were from Jaipur district.
Apart from this, there were 114 candidates from Jodhpur, 112 from Barmer, 100 each from Bikaner and Nagaur. Also, a total of 36 candidates from Scheduled Tribe dominated areas like Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur and Pratapgarh were also successful in the interview.
80% of the candidates were 33 years old
Of the total candidates selected for interview, 80.10 percent (1920 candidates) are in the age group of 21 to 33. Maximum 725 candidates (30.25 percent) appeared in the age group of 21 to 25 and maximum 891 candidates (37.17 percent) appeared in the age group of 26 to 30.
304 candidates (12.68 percent) appeared in the 31 to 33 age group, 405 candidates (16.90 percent) in the 34 to 40 age group, 62 candidates (2.59 percent) in the 41 to 45 age group and 10 candidates (0.42 percent) appeared in the 46 to 50 age group.

14 doctors and 238 engineers
Out of the successful candidates for interview, 1888 candidates have first division in their graduation, while 39.60 percent candidates are post graduate. This time there were also 14 doctors, 15 LLB/LLM degree holders, 10 MBAs and 238 engineers.
Of the total candidates, 87.86 percent have received higher education from different universities of Rajasthan. In this, Rajasthan University (573 candidates), Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University (205) have been leading.
The result was released on 18 April
After the release of advertisement for the posts, the preliminary examination was held on 2 February 2025, the result of which was declared on 20 February 2025. After this, the main examination was held on 17 and 18 June 2025 and the result came on 8 October 2025.
The interview round of successful candidates was conducted from 1 December 2025 to 17 April 2026 and the final result was released on 18 April 2026, in which the merit list of a total of 2391 candidates was released. ………
